Blackhawk Field Manager

Upstream Operations: Managed a 253% increase in production, lowered OPEX by 53%, decreased avg. DT by 57%, reduced head count by 35%, and was accountable for re-instituting the liquid gathering system, increasing CDP Capacity by 58%, operating 4 different types of artificial lift systems while launching the first Eagle Ford Surveillance Center & Intelligent Well Pads (SPE 174826-MS).

Midstream Operations: Managed a 175% increase in Central Distribution Point throughput, lowered OPEX by 25%, maintained DT <1%, reduced head count by 25% and was accountable for the O&M of three CDPs with a 66% increase in capacity, ~450 miles of pipeline and one GOM storage and offloading facility.

Team TRIFR reduced 51% by improving planning, SimOps and Cost Control through continuous improvement, transformation, performance tracking, RCA, best practices and Integrated Operations Plan implementation.
